About the Position
As a Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of project execution works according to the agreed scope and schedule. You will work closely with functional teams including HSE, Quality, Admin, and HR to effectively supervise your team and assist delivering our projects safely, on time, on budget with the utmost level of quality. Building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential, as well as driving a strong HSEQ commitment throughout the team. You will have the opportunity to identify improvements and lead beneficial changes to the way things are done.
- Experienced in supervising structural, mechanical disciplines on various mining fleet including Draglines, Shovels, Excavators and fixed plant installations including CHPP's and port infrastructure.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Autonomous and capable of driving compliance to HSE, Quality, and Schedule.
- Leadership skills to lead a diverse project team.
Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate for the Project Supervisor position will have:
- Significant previous experience in supervising structural, mechanical teams on a wide range of mining and port infrastructure assets.
- A proven ability to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A strong commitment to HSE, Quality, and Schedule compliance.
- Leadership skills to lead a diverse project team.
- Ability to plan project execution requirements.
- Develop work packs and ITP's/ITC's.
You should be autonomous and capable of working independently, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
