Responsibilities

As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the team to ensure efficient and safe production of projects to the highest quality standards. Your duties will include developing production plans, monitoring productivity, resolving inefficiencies, overseeing scheduling, and ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

You will also be tasked with establishing strong customer relationships, resolving customer issues in a timely manner, and upholding the company's core values.

Preferred Skills

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry, with proven expertise in customer relationship management. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills are essential, along with the ability to support and motivate a team towards a customer-focused mindset.

• Experience in heavy fabrication is highly desirable

A current QLD Driver's Licence and the right to work in Australia are required for this position.
