About the Position

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and high-quality delivery of fabrication works according to the agreed scope and schedule. You will work closely with functional teams including HSE, Quality, Admin, and HR to effectively supervise your team and strengthen the workshop. Building long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be essential, as well as driving a strong HSEQ commitment throughout the team. You will have the opportunity to identify improvements and lead beneficial changes to the way things are done.

  • Experienced in supervising structural, mechanical, and piping fabrication works in a workshop environment
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to identify and implement improvements in all facets of the workshop
  • Autonomous and capable of driving compliance to HSE, Quality, and Schedule
  • Leadership skills to lead a diverse fabrication team

Candidate Profile

Our ideal candidate for the Workshop Supervisor position will have:

  • Significant previous experience in supervising structural, mechanical, and piping fabrication works in a workshop environment
  • A proven ability to develop and maintain key internal and external relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to engage with all levels of the business to identify and implement improvements
  • A strong commitment to HSE, Quality, and Schedule compliance
  • Leadership skills to lead a diverse fabrication team

You should be autonomous and capable of working independently, while also being a team player who can collaborate effectively with others.
